Analysing Journey Performance

Journey performance can be analysed by accessing Journey Analytics, which provides a comprehensive view of key metrics across the entire journey.

Accessing Journey Analytics

The Journey Analytics can be accessed from the journey list (navigate to Campaigns -> Journeys), where performance metrics are displayed from the journey’s launch onward. To analyse journey performance as a whole, follow these steps:

  1. On the right navigation bar, go to Campaigns -> Journeys.
  2. Locate the journey to analyse.
  3. Click on the journey menu select Analytics .

 

Note: users require CRM campaign analytics permission to view the analytics section of the user interface.

 


Action-Level Analytics

Performance metrics at the action level function similarly to standard journey analytics but are filtered to include only engagement activity after the selected action. This provides a more granular view of how different parts of the journey perform. To analyse specific routes or actions within a journey, follow these steps:

  1. Open the desired journey.
  2. Locate the action to analyse.
  3. Click on the menu icon in the top right corner of the action.
  4. Select Analytics from the menu.

 

 

Important Notes:

  • Action-specific analytics only include data from the current journey version.
  • If a journey version is rolled back or a new version is created, action analytics are reset.
