The analytics user interface provides approximately 140 predefined reports for data analysis and segment creation. These reports offer various filter options, including time period, lifecycle stage, product type, and other criteria specific to each report.

 


Report Categories

KPI Clusters

KPI-based reports covering key performance indicators (KPIs) and ratios specific to the iGaming industry. These include:

  • Net Gaming Revenue (NGR)
  • Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR)
  • Bonus-to-Deposit Ratio
  • Bonus-to-NGR Ratio

KPI clustering reports automatically segment the player database into three tiersHigh, Mid, and Low—based on their corresponding values. Additionally, data is broken down by vertical, covering Sportsbook, Casino, Lottery, Bingo, Parimutuel, and Instant Games.
