Retention campaign statuses indicate the different phases of a campaign’s lifecycle, providing users with real-time insights into its progress. These statuses—from scheduling and active execution to pausing, finalisation, and completion—enable teams to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that messages are delivered in a timely manner. Understanding these statuses is key to effectively managing and optimising retention campaigns.
