Retention campaign statuses indicate the different phases of a campaign’s lifecycle, providing users with real-time insights into its progress. These statuses—from scheduling and active execution to pausing, finalisation, and completion—enable teams to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that messages are delivered in a timely manner. Understanding these statuses is key to effectively managing and optimising retention campaigns.

  • X Days Until Completion:
Indicates the number of days remaining until an experiment is complete. At this stage, all actions have been sent, and the lead time period has not yet lapsed.

  • In Progress (Dynamic Campaigns):
For dynamic campaigns, this status signifies that the campaign is actively monitoring the segment and triggering defined actions as new customers enter.

  • Awaiting Queue (Dynamic Campaigns):
After a dynamic campaign ends, this status shows that the campaign will complete once all queued messages have been processed and cleared.

  • In Progress (One-off Campaigns):
For one-off campaigns, this status means that actions are currently being scheduled or are waiting to be sent.

  • In Progress (Experiments):
Indicates that scheduled tests within an experiment are waiting for execution.

  • Waiting:
The campaign is awaiting its due date to trigger actions.

  • Paused:
The campaign has been temporarily halted and can be resumed later.

  • Finalising:
The campaign has finished sending actions and is in its final processing stage. Analytics are finalized during this phase.

  • Completed:
The campaign has been fully executed, and all associated actions have been sent.

  • Experiment Completed:
For experiments, this status confirms that all actions have been sent and the lead time has elapsed.

  • Stopped:
The campaign has been permanently halted and will not resume.
