Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to integrate your SendGrid account:

 

Configure Event Webhook

  1. Sign in to your SendGrid account.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Mail Settings → Event Settings → Event Webhook.
  3. Under Deliverability Data, select All.
  4. Under Engagement Data, select Unsubscribed and Spam Reports.
  5. Add the following HTTP POST URL:
    https://api.aretonet.com/api/sendGrid/update
  6. Save changes and ensure Event Webhook is enabled.

 

Generate API Key

  1. Go to Settings → API Keys.
  2. Click Create API Key and copy the key.

 

Configure API Key in the CRM

  1. Navigate to Settings → Email Settings.
  2. Select SendGrid and input the API key.
  3. Input the Send Limit. Ensure the send limit matches the limit on your SendGrid account.

 

Verify Sender Authentication

  1. Go to Settings → Sender Authentication in SendGrid.
  2. Verify your sender email using one of the following methods:
    • Domain Authentication (recommended for bulk sending).
    • Single Sender Verification (for individual senders).

 

Once configured, SendGrid will be fully integrated, allowing seamless email delivery and tracking.
