Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these steps to integrate your SendGrid account:
Configure Event Webhook
- Sign in to your SendGrid account.
- Navigate to Settings → Mail Settings → Event Settings → Event Webhook.
- Under Deliverability Data, select All.
- Under Engagement Data, select Unsubscribed and Spam Reports.
- Add the following HTTP POST URL:
https://api.aretonet.com/api/sendGrid/update
- Save changes and ensure Event Webhook is enabled.
Generate API Key
- Go to Settings → API Keys.
- Click Create API Key and copy the key.
Configure API Key in the CRM
- Navigate to Settings → Email Settings.
- Select SendGrid and input the API key.
- Input the Send Limit. Ensure the send limit matches the limit on your SendGrid account.
Verify Sender Authentication
- Go to Settings → Sender Authentication in SendGrid.
- Verify your sender email using one of the following methods:
- Domain Authentication (recommended for bulk sending).
- Single Sender Verification (for individual senders).
Once configured, SendGrid will be fully integrated, allowing seamless email delivery and tracking.
