When managing multiple brands, the copy feature allows users to create, test, and optimise campaigns on one brand before seamlessly copying them to others. This ensures a consistent strategy across brands while reducing manual effort.

Step-by-Step Guide to Copying Campaigns

1. Access the Campaign List

  • Navigate to Campaigns → Retention.
  • Locate the campaign that needs to be copied.

2. Select the Copy Option

  • Click the menu next to the campaign.
  • Select Copy to from the dropdown menu.

3. Choose the Destination Brand(s)

  • Current Brand: Creates a duplicate campaign within the same brand.
  • All Other Brands: Copies the campaign to all available brands.
  • Specific Brand: Select a brand from the list to copy the campaign only to that brand.

4. Configure the Copy Settings

  • By default, the campaign configuration and target segment are copied.
  • After copying, a prompt will appear asking whether to copy the content messages as well.

The campaign copy feature streamlines multi-brand campaign management by allowing users to test, optimise, and scale successful campaigns efficiently.
