Step-by-Step Guide to Copy a Journey

1. Access the Journeys Section

  • Navigate to Campaigns → Journeys.
  • Locate the journey you want to copy.

 

2. Copy the Journey

  • Click on the menu options next to the journey.
  • Select Copy To.

 

3. Choose the Destination

  • Copy the journey to:
    • The current brand (creates a duplicate within the same brand).
    • A specific brand (copies the journey to a selected brand).
    • All available brands (replicates the journey across every brand in the CRM account).
