Dashboard & Lifecycle Campaigns

6 min. readlast update: 03.13.2025

The system’s dashboard provides a real-time view of customer lifecycle stages, allowing organisations to monitor how customers transition between stages as events unfold. The dashboard updates in real-time when data is transmitted to the CRM, ensuring that the status of each customer is always current.

Lifecycle Stages Dashboard

  • Real-Time Updates: The lifecycle stages update dynamically, reflecting customer transitions as they occur within the CRM.

  • Interactive Stages: Each lifecycle stage is interactive. When a stage is clicked, its definition is revealed, outlining the specific criteria that define that stage. Additional details are available via an integrated slider, offering comprehensive insights at a glance.

  • Predictive Modelling alerts are displayed in red on the respective lifecycle stage. For further information about predictive modelling visit here.

Lifecycle-Based Campaigns

Lifecycle-based campaigns enable the creation of targeted initiatives designed for customers at specific stages of their journey. These campaigns can be triggered at key moments—for example, immediately following customer registration or when reactivating a customer who has churned. This structured approach ensures that campaigns are both timely and relevant.

  • Campaign Types:
    • One-Off Campaigns: Executed once against a specific segment.
    • Dynamic Campaigns: Operate over a set period and target customers who meet predefined criteria.
The focus here is on dynamic campaigns.

Managing and Monitoring Campaigns

  • Dashboard Indicators:
The campaign dashboard displays key information such as:

    • Status: Whether the campaign is active or inactive.
    • Target Segment: The specific customer segment targeted.
    • Associated Actions: The list of actions configured for the campaign.
    • Execution Details: Total number of actions executed and the timing of the trigger, as indicated in the “Day” column.
  • Additional Options:
The campaign menu offers various features including marking a campaign as a favorite, archiving options, and accessing campaign analytics. For active campaigns, additional options such as exporting a CSV file with details on messages sent or failed become available.

Campaign Archiving and Cross-Brand Management

  • Archiving:
Completed campaigns are archived automatically based on the period set in the account settings. It is recommended to manually archive any inactive campaign to maintain an organised workspace.

  • Multi-Brand Management:
For organisations managing multiple brands, campaigns can be duplicated across brands using the copy feature. Simply select the copy option from the campaign menu and choose the brands where the campaign should be replicated.

Data Retention Policy

In accordance with the CRM data policy, campaign data is retained for a finite period. After this period, the data is archived and then held in cold storage for an additional duration before it is eventually deleted.

ℹ️ Further details on data retention can be found in the Knowledge Base under the Getting Started section, within the Data Policy documentation.

This structured approach to managing lifecycle-based campaigns ensures that organisations can effectively target their customer base, monitor campaign performance, and maintain data integrity in alignment with company policies.
