During integration or the launch of a new brand, the account is set to test mode by default. This allows for data ingestion but prevents:
- Journeys from being triggered.
- Campaigns from sending messages to customers.
Messaging Behavior in Test Mode
While the account remains in test mode, messages are either:
- Sent in test mode (if the provider supports sandbox functionality).
- Not sent at all, depending on the connected provider.
Provider-Specific Behavior
