Unsubscribes Management

The unsubscribe management feature (from the right nav menu, Unsubscribes) allows users to view and manage customers who have opted out of receiving communications via email or SMS.

  • Automatic Exclusion:
    • Any customer who unsubscribes is automatically excluded from receiving messages on the respective channel (email/SMS) when running campaigns or journeys.
  • Bypassing Unsubscribes (Transactional Messages):

 


Viewing Unsubscribed Customers

  1. Filter Options:

    • Select a date range.
    • Choose a specific campaign or select "All".
    • Click "Reload" to display results.
  2. Review the List:

    • The system will display a list of unsubscribed customers.
  3. Exporting Data:

    • Users can export the list to CSV format, which includes:
      • playerID
      • The campaign from which the customer unsubscribed
      • The unsubscribe date
    • No confidential data is included in the export.

 


Managing Unsubscribed Customers

  • Removing a Customer from the Unsubscribe List:
    • Click the X icon next to the customer to remove them.
  • Searching for a Specific Customer:
    • Use the filter area to search by playerID.
