Viewing Campaign Summary Statistics

The campaign summary provides a high-level summary of all campaigns and customer journeys, allowing users to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) at a glance. Structured tables and charts display campaigns performance along with critical metrics such as participation rate, engagement rate, wager rate, deposits, and other relevant KPIs. This overview enables users to assess campaign performance without needing to access individual campaign analytics.

✅ The campaign summary can be accessed directly from the CRM dashboard by selecting the "Summary" option located at the top right of the screen.

⚠️ Users require CRM campaign analytics permission to view this section of the user interface.

Additionally, the KPI comparison feature allows users to analyse campaign performance across different time periods. By default, the system compares the current month against the previous month. However, users can adjust the comparison period to weekly, monthly, or quarterly intervals. For example, selecting a quarterly view compares the current quarter to the previous quarter (e.g., Q1 2025 vs. Q4 2024).

To modify the comparison period, users can select the "Period Options" dropdown located at the top right of the interface and choose the desired time frame.

A structured table displays all campaigns and customer journeys along with their respective KPIs. Users can filter the table to include only completed, paused, stopped, or archived campaigns, allowing for a more tailored view of campaign data. Additionally, an export option enables users to download a copy of the table in CSV format for further analysis or record-keeping.
